Fall is here, ready or not!

It’s time for blankets, fireplaces, apples, pumpkins, spices, comfort and oodles of fun.

Today I am sharing a few of my favorite tonics with you that are excellent for keeping the immune system strong during this tough season. Citrus and carrots are also excellent for the skin, bones and over all staying healthy. These tonics have many spices in them all focusing on warmth and keeping the body clean.

Cheers!

These tonics work best in the morning but can and should also be consumed throughout the day when needed. Please feel free to modify ingredients, spices and so forth with what your person needs are. These are also wonderful bases for a dressing or sauce where you can add more vegetables or fruits if you would like.

I hope these concoctions have inspired some of you to make your own warming, delicious and detoxing tonics!

If there is a spice, herb, vegetable, fruit or whatever that you would be interested in seeing my spin on please feel free to send me an email at livinggirllivingfoods@gmail.com.
